Obituary

Wallace H. “Wally” Dorman, age 90, of Buffalo Grove, owned Mid City Auto Care in Chicago, beloved husband for almost 70 years of Ethel, nee Galler; loving father of Lynn (Boris) Kuriniec and Gregg (Diane) Dorman; adored Grampy of David (Jennifer) Kuriniec, Rick (Cerelle) and Jamey (Sari) Dorman; proud great grandfather of Abraham, Madison, Ruth, and Leon; devoted son of the late Philip and the late Rae Dorman; cherished brother of Barry Dorman; treasured uncle and friend to many. Wally was a man whose life was defined by kindness, generosity, and unwavering love for his family and friends. He lived a life that touched countless others. Wally’s warmth touched everyone he met, including his many dear friends at the GEL group. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who had the privilege to know him.

There will be a celebration of life gathering on Tuesday, May 6th, 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at The Continental Restaurant, 788 S. Buffalo Grove Rd., Buffalo Grove.
