Violet Weinstein nee Carlson, 78, beloved wife of the late Harvey; loving mother of Michael (Carrie) Weinstein and Dena Marie Maloy; cherished grandmother of Addison, Lilah and Rachel Weinstein and Hannah Maloy; devoted daughter of the late Anna and Ivar Carlson; dear sister of the late Irene (the late Richard) Franks and the late Gordon (Rosslyn) Carlson; treasured aunt, cousin and friend of many. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association (www.diabetes.org) and Go Red For Women, American Heart Association (www.goredforwomen.org/en). Graveside service Wednesday 12 PM at Shalom Memorial Park, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. Sunday 2/18: 6:00pm - 8:00pm (Dena and Violet’s Residence in Schaumburg)

Monday 2/19: 6:00pm - 8:00pm (Mike’s Residence in Woodridge)
