The Gourmet Fish Meal contains Nova Lox with assorted freshly made salads, including tuna salad, egg salad and chicken salad, in addition to Fresh Fruit and Dessert Platters. Each tray is custom presented on a ready-to-serve catering tray. Served with assorted bagels, rye bread, cream cheese and a side tray of lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions and cucumbers.
