Susan T. Weiss, nee Ditkowsky, 80, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on September 12, 2021; beloved wife of the late Mitchell and the late David Kutok; loving mother of Lynn (Gary) Greisman, Beth (Wayne) Korecky, Lisa (Scott) Norris; dear daughter of the late Dr. Maurice Ditkowsky and the late Blossom Fox; adored sister of Lois (Fred) Neikrug; cherished "Grandma Sue" of Sara (Merrick) Foreman, Lauren Greisman, Joshua Korecky, Matthew Korecky, Matthew Norris, Keith Norris, Alec Norris; loved great grandma of Aurora Foreman; dear aunt of Gregory (Sarah) Neikrug and Meredith (Michael) Schwartz; caring step-mother of Leslie and Alan (Shari) Weiss and step-grandmother of Forrest Weiss, Amanda Weiss and Olivia Weiss. Graveside service Tuesday, September 14, 2021, 2 PM at Shalom Memorial Park 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights.
