Stuart Lee Clayman
March 31,1943 - August 7, 2021
Stuart (Stu) Clayman passed away in Cape Coral, Florida surrounded by his family and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Edna and Lawrence Clayman, and his brother, Joel.
Born in New York City and raised in Great Neck, Stu was an avid tennis player and golfer. He taught at Bobby Kaplan Tennis in Roslyn, later owned and led the team at the Listening Room in Scarsdale, and then was a valued team member for Phoenix Audio. In the past years, Stu volunteered in his community in Cape Coral and was instrumental in guiding and caring for others, both locally and globally. As a sought-after speaker and coach, Stu inspired so many.
He will be dearly missed by his family - sisters Maxine (Jonathan) and Shari (James), his children Matthew, Morgan and Griffin, their mother Susan, his nieces Valerie (Tom) and Julianne (Kevin), nephew Ben, great nieces, nephew, and friends.
The funeral will be held virtually with a private burial in New York to follow. Please contact the family directly if you would like details for the virtual service.
