The Gourmet Fish Meal contains Nova Lox with assorted traditional and freshly made salads, including tuna salad, egg salad, and chicken salad, in addition to Fresh Fruit and Dessert Platters. Each tray is custom presented on a ready-to-serve catering tray. Each Gourmet Fish Meal is accompanied by American & Swiss cheese, sliced vegetables, twist rolls, rye bread, assorted bagels, cream cheese and a side tray of tomatoes, cucumbers, pickles, onions and olives.
