Obituary

Spencer "Spence" Comitor, 85, passed away on September 15, 2024. Beloved husband and best friend of Joanne for 64 wonderful years; loving father of Howard (Cindy), Scott (Michelle) and Lisa (Robert) Kozin; cherished "Pa" of Lauren (Jake) Oslovich, Ross, Jordyn, and Danielle Comitor; Ethan and Lily Kozin. Spence was an avid boater, he loved running, was an adored baseball coach, and a dedicated Chicago Cubs fan. Spence started a vending service business in 1965 that become his passion and has remained in the family, but his greatest joy was his grandchildren; they were his everything. Spence will be dearly missed by all whose lives he touched. Interment Shalom Memorial Park. Memorial donations to Alzheimer's Association, www.alz.org. Chapel service, Thursday, September 19, 2024; 10 AM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights.
