Obituary

Sidney Kirchheimer of Lincolnwood, IL, loving son of the late Yolanda and Jacob Kirchheimer, and devoted husband of 53 years to the late Sheila Kirchheimer, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on December 26, 2023 at the age of 94. Sidney was a devoted family man who was happiest surrounded by relatives including his loving late wife Sheila, brother-in-law Norman (Alayna) Brody, late brother-in-law Warren Roth, sons Jared Kirchheimer and Jeff (Cyndi) Turkin, grandson NIcholas Turkin, daughter-in-law Cory Ackerman and her Mom Rose Ackerman, nieces Natalie (Steve) Levy, Lisa Roth and Carol (the late Gary) Straub, nephew Russ (Karen) Brody, grandnieces Kylie Straub, Mackenzie (Andrew) Straub Markham and Alexa Brody, grandnephews Ethan and Ryan Levy and Dylan Brody; lifelong adopted family members Barb (Gary) Noe, Karen (Arnie) Okmin, Barb (Howard) Creinin, cousins Linda (Irv) Berk and Sam (Cheryl) Weiss and numerous other family and friends. SIdney longed for a world filled with more peace, honor, integrity, and good will. He is there now with Sheila by his side.
