REKOON, Shirley (nee Brown) (Star of David Emblem) of Amherst, NY on June 13, 2024(PHOTO TO INSERT)
Beloved wife of the late Louis D. Rekoon. Devoted Mother of Gail Kleeberg, Howard (Lorrie) Rekoon, Marjie (Mark) Burgasser, Cheri (David) Hurwitz and 11 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. The family is most appreciative to Beechwood Continuing Care, specifically the staff of Hope House. A private family only graveside service was held at the request of the family. A period of mourning will be held at Gail's residence on Sunday through Tuesday between 4PM and 7:30 PM with services at 7 PM. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to
