Sarah M. Ticho, M.D., nee Swartenberg, beloved wife of the late Dr. Karl Ticho, happily married for 62 years; loving mother of Baruch (Allison August), Gabriel (Amy Zlimen Ticho), Joshua (Amy), Benjamin and Simon (Mary Kay Faryan) Ticho; cherished grandmother (Savta Saya) of Arielle, Alex (Katie), Andrew, Natalie, Emily, Katie, Max (Kari), Laura (Justina), Abigail, Gideon (Morgan), Lucie, Fiona, Linus and Tatum; adored great grandmother of Anna, Mia, Eloise and Rio. Sarah was predeceased by her sister Hindle Hes. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Sarah may be made to Hadassah at www.Hadassah.org. Chapel service Sunday, 10 AM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. Interment Shalom Memorial Park.
