Obituary
Sarah Rachel D'Lugoff, of Spring Lake, NC, formerly of Baltimore, MD, passed away on Thursday, May 12th, 2022 at the age of 34. She is survived by her loving sons, Dezmond and D'Angelo; brother, Daniel D'Lugoff (Hannah Walsh), as well as Cassie Barnes, and Andre Velez, and many other loving friends and relatives. She was predeceased by her devoted parents, Burton and Marion D'Lugoff.
Services at Arlington Chizuk Amuno Cemetery, 4450 N. Rogers Ave. Baltimore, MD 21215, on Monday, May 16th, 2022 at 11 am. Please omit flowers.
