Sandra L. “Sandy” Tepper, nee Powell, age 82, of Morton Grove, beloved wife for 64 years of Allen Tepper; loving mother of Beth (David) Benoudiz, Fran (Scott) Rosenberg, and Eric (Wendy Landow) Tepper; adored Nana of Alexis (Zack) Davis, Taylor (David) Potezny, Nicole Rosenberg, Zoe and Jake Benoudiz, and Faith Landow; proud great grandmother of Chase; devoted daughter of the late Arthur and the late Marion Powell; cherished sister of Eileen (late Kenneth) Levin and Leslie (Norman) Finkel; treasured aunt and friend of many.  Sandy was a very special lady, a beautiful person inside and out. Her family and friends meant everything to her. She didn’t meet a person that wasn’t instantly her friend. Private graveside service Wednesday.
