Rosalie Diamond, nee Labow, age 99, of Lincolnwood, beloved wife for 76 years of the late Raymond Diamond; loving mother of Bonnie (Stan) Robbin, and the late Jack Diamond and the late Eileen Ehrlich: cherished mother-in-law of Gayle (Ira) Kopin; adored grandmother of Marisa (Michael) Siegel, Adam (Heather) Diamond, Talia (Sam) Goldsmith, Liz and Megan Robbin; proud great grandmother of Matan, Brody, Sagiv, Hadley, Madalyn, and Leora; devoted daughter of the late Harry and the late Marjorie Labow; fond daughter-in-law of the late Max and the late Esther Diamond; dear sister of the late Julian (late Jackie) Labow; treasured aunt of Howie (Maia) Labow and Larry Labow. Rosalie was the Matriarch of her family. Family was the center of her world, and she loved nothing more than sitting around her dining room table with her entire family enjoying a meal that she prepared. Rosalie along with Ray and Jack, owned Diamond Shoes in Chicago for over 40 years. Her advice, wisdom, cooking, Mahjong games & ping pong matches will be missed dearly by not only her loving family, but many dear friends. Service Thursday, 12 Noon CT at The Chapel, 8851 Skokie Blvd, Skokie (at Niles Center Rd.). The service will be livestreamed on Rosalie’s webpage at www.goldmanfuneralgroup.com.
