Meltzer, 87, beloved husband of the late Mimi nee Heymann for 54 years; loving father of Ann (Jim) Urkov, Cynthia (Glenn) Baruck and Jonathan Meltzer; cherished Popie and Poppie of Sam Urkov (Kelsey Allen), Ben (Kelly) Urkov, Aviva Urkov, Rachel Baruck, Brian Baruck and Sean Meltzer; fond companion of Sandy Marks; many loving cousins, nieces and nephews.
