Robert S. Socol, age 71, beloved husband for over 48 years of Lynn Miller Socol, who was the love of his life; loving father of Lauren (Joshua) Feld and Brian (Daniel Harper) Socol; adored grandfather of William; devoted son of the late Joseph and the late Bernice Socol; dear brother of Dr. Michael (Donna Kaner Socol) Socol. Bob was a cancer survivor and fought very hard to overcome his health challenges. His family were the lights of his life. Graveside service will be private. Donations would be appreciated to the National Marrow Donor Program (NMDP), www.bethematch.org or an organization of one’s choice.
