Obituary

Robert Hyams passed away peacefully on the morning of January 29, 2023. A lover of classical music, fishing, traveling, New York sports teams and above all his family, he enjoyed a successful career in computer programming and systems analysis. A beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, brother-in-law, father-in-law, uncle, and friend, he is survived by his wife Sheila, children Alan Hyams and wife Dana, David Hyams and wife Donna, and Michelle Wodarski and her husband Joseph, as well as grandchildren Michael, Rebecca, and Nicole Hyams, Daniel and Jack Wodarski, and Alyssa Clark, her husband Jeremy and great grandchild Jackson Clark. He is also survived by sister Lenore Raphael and her husband Joel. Memorial donations may be made to the THANC Foundation for research and education into the early detection and treatment of thyroid and head and neck cancer.
