Obituary

Dr. Robert Barkin, 85. Beloved husband for over 60 years to Diana, nee Geifman; devoted father of Stacie Barkin and Stephanie Barkin (Matthew Colrain); proud Papa of Sydney "Sunny" Barkin-Colrain; loving dog-grandpa of Ben; will be missed by friends and colleagues. Bob was a talented pharmacologist and a pioneer in the field of pain management. He achieved his goal of 5000 medical citations before he passed. Dr. Barkin traveled the world with Diana, giving lectures and exploring. Above all, he loved his family deeply- he will be sorely missed.
