Phyllis Cohen nee Berlant, 92, beloved wife of the late Leon for 31 years; loving mother of David (Helene) Cohen, Monica Ginsburg and Michael Cohen (Tavia Tawney); cherished Grandma Phyllis of Jeremy Cohen (Fiance Kayley Anderson), Dylan Cohen, Jordan Ginsburg, Lindsey Ginsburg and Emmett Cohen; dear sister of the late Ruth (the late Benny) Hapner and Norman Berlant; fond sister-in-law of Barbara (the late Martin) and Freddy (the late Trudy) Cohen; loving nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to CJE SeniorLife, cje.net. Chapel service, Thursday 10 AM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights.
