Phyllis Belkov, 83, of Baltimore, Maryland passed away on Saturday, November 27th, 2021. She is survived by her beloved son, Cory (Terri) Belkov; and grandchildren, Michael and John Belkov. Phyllis was predeceased by her brother, Dr. Barry M. Katz; and parents, Esther and Max Katz.

Services at Arlington Chizuk Amuno Cemetery, 4450 N. Rogers Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21215, on Sunday, November 28th, 2021 at 2:30 pm. Please omit flowers. Contributions in her memory may be sent to NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) 4301 Wilson Blvd, Suite 300, Arlington, VA 22203.
