Obituary

Paul Jerome Kulefsky, age 77, of Wheeling, beloved husband of the late Minday Bass-Kulefsky; loving father of Scott (Stacey) Kulefsky and Jennifer Kulefsky; adored grandfather of Sammantha (Jesus), Ella, and Jordan; proud great grandfather of JJ and Thalya; devoted son of the late Hymen and Edythe Kulefsky; cherished brother of Michelle (Cantor Phil) Baron and the late Robert (Barbara Maring and the late Trudy) Kulefsky; treasured uncle and friend to many. Paul was truly the nicest person, extremely generous, and the life of the party. His disco dance moves were legendary. He was a loyal and ardent White Sox and Blackhawks fan. Paul’s prowess as a baseball player was evident when he came to the plate, all the outfielders knew to move back. The idiom, “he hit the ball a country mile” was so appropriate for Paul. Most of all, Paul’s family was the center of his universe. He will be dearly missed by all.

The Memorial service at The Buffalo Grove Chapel, 195 N. Buffalo Grove Rd., Buffalo Grove. (1 Block N. of Lake Cook Rd.) is pending due to a family health issue. Paul’s service will be livestreamed at www.goldmanfuneralgroup.com. In lieu of flowers, contributions would be appreciated to the Lewy Body Dementia Association, https://www.lbda.org/.
