Olive Edelman (nee Ellenstein) 94, beloved wife for almost 50 years of David; loving mother of Ross (Holly) Edelman and Harlene (Jay) Pine; cherished grandmother of Cameron and Brandon Edelman, Vince (fiancé Elinor), Jerry (Robin) and Marti Pine; great-grandmother to Ari Pine. Loving aunt to Robert and Richard Demsch. She will be remembered for her sharp mind til 94 and will be dearly missed by those that knew her.
Chapel service Wednesday May 27, 2026, 2:30 PM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Rd., Arlington Heights. Interment following at Shalom Memorial Park.
