Obituary

Morton Kamins, age 85, passed away on December 29, 2024 surrounded by his children and grandchildren. Beloved husband of the late Doris for 61 wonderful years, loving father of Beth (Bruce) Shaffer, Aaron Kamins (Julie Ann Sklaver), Paula (Alan) Gross and David Kamins (Jacqueline Gordon). Proud grandfather of Ian (Alice) Shaffer, Madeline (Jerry) Shifrin, Jonah, Ally and Isaac Gross, Noah Shaffer, Reece Kamins (fiance' Lewis Burik), Ryder, Hudson, and Eli Kamins. Devoted great-grandfather of Lou, Levi, Simon and Grady. Much loved brother of Roberta (Robert) Freed and brother in-law of Larry (Merle) Cohen, Alan (the late Idalee) Cohen, and the late Audree Lasser. Adored uncle of many. A special thank you to his wonderful caregivers Anita and John for their exceptional care and compassion.
