Obituary

Marsha Bain, nee Finkelman, 87. Beloved wife for 40 years to the late Arnold; devoted mother of Steven Bain, Barry Bain, and Danny Bain (Terri Silva); dear sister of the late Bernice Finkelman and Robert (Anita) Fields; loving aunt of Andrea and Ted Fields; caring companion of the late Justin Himmel; will be missed by extended family and friends. Marsha was a dedicated elementary school teacher, most notably at Lewis Elementary in Chicago. She was an avid reader and greatly enjoyed Book Club. She will be sorely missed by all whose lives she touched. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, www.cancer.org. Chapel service Tuesday, August 19, 12:15 PM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Rd, Arlington Heights. Interment to follow at Shalom Memorial Park.
