Louis Sommerfeld, DDS, 82. Beloved husband for 58 years to Sherrie, nee Fine; devoted father of Steven (Nicole) Sommerfeld and Michael (Jennifer Schaen) Sommerfeld; cherished grandfather of Joshua, Ashley, Sydney, and Abby Sommerfeld; loving brother of the late Robert (Judy) Sommerfeld and brother-in-law of Beverly (the late Arnold) Spiro, Cookie (Peppy) Kanarish, and Joni (the late Louis) Goldstein; caring son of the late Wallace and Helen; treasured uncle and great-uncle of many; dear cousin of the late Marvin (Marilyn) Sommerfeld and the late Hubert (Judy) Sommerfeld. Louis was a proud US Army veteran. He was a well-loved dentist with practices in Chicago and Schiller Park.
