Loren was born August 26th 1932, in Brooklyn, N.Y. He graduated from Yeshiva High School and joined the Army during the Korean War where he enlisted in officers candidate school. Upon returning from the war Loren began his career in the family business specializing in making custom furniture. After the business closed in the late 60s, Loren began his career as a salesman for Motorola, Inc. where thru his tremendous people skills and ability, quickly rose thru the ranks and in 1979 was promoted to National Vice President of Sales for Motorola's then thriving paging division and relocated to the corporate offices in Schaumburg, IL. Loren was loved by all those he touched. Whether it was the people who worked for him, family or friends, he was admired for his brilliant intellect, patience and ability to listen.
