Les Hoffman

Obituary

Les Hoffman will be missed by so many. His daughter Michele, son in-law Bob, his Grandson Ryan, his brother Don, wife Holley, nieces Melanie and Alexandra, sister-in-law Bonnie and nephews Matt and Justin, along with a large number of very close friends he considered family. Les is remembered for his delightful personality, baby blue eyes, and infectious smile.

Not many can say they have maintained lifelong friends, but once you became a friend of Les or his late wife Sandy, you were woven into the fabric of their lives. Les and Sandy cherished family and friendships, bridged generations and generously extended their love and support to so many throughout their lives.

Les was a successful business man with an impeccable personal code of ethics. Les took on the responsibility of being the committed dignitary within the Hoffman family after his father’s early passing at the age of 42.

Over the past few months Les, Michele and Don became partners in Les’s hospice care and final planning. As he did throughout his life, Les lead the way. Les chose to spend his last week’s reinforcing his love and appreciation for his family and friends, whether in person, on Facetime or Zoom. And his wishes were honored.

Sandy, Les, Les’s father Matt, and Les’s brother Denny passed very early relative to today’s standards. But all were incredibly close and lived rich and full lives throughout. They remained inseparable as a family – bound together by Ann – the family Matriarch who passed away in 2011 at the rich age of 94.

All are now remembered fondly by all that they touched. May they all be resting together in peace.
