Obituary

Laura Pearlman, 85, beloved wife of the late Jerald Pearlman, happily married for 55 years; loving mother of Marc Pearlman, Brent (Helen Dennis) Pearlman and the late Belinda Pearlman; cherished grandmother of Ryan Connelly, and Lindsey, Tatum, and Evan Pearlman; dear sister of Hope Hornstein, preceded in death by her brothers Sheldon and Myles Golde and her sister Edith Gnippe; Laura was a treasured aunt, cousin and friend to many. Laura had a passion for her work, helping children to live a better life in any way she could including by always advocating for the rights of children with special needs. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice. Chapel service Thursday, November 14, 12:15 PM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights.
