Obituary

Judith Blinick, nee Orloff, 93, passed away October 2, beloved wife and best friend of George for 72 wonderful years; loving mother of Buddy (Denise), Robert, and the late Arthur (Beth Preis); devoted grandmother to Sara, Brin (Wayne), Gabrielle, Nina, Madison, Jack, and Shana; adored great-grandmother of Jaycee, Maizie, and Hannah; dear sister of Irene (Mort) Blieberg and Chuck (Sarajane) Orloff. After graduating from Roosevelt University, Judy received her master's degree in special education and devoted her life to teaching. Long before it was in vogue, she was a fierce advocate for women's rights. Most important to her was her family. Graveside service 2 PM Thursday at Shalom Memorial Park, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your favorite charity.
