Jeffrey Frishman, age 60, of Chicago, JD and LL.M, National Managing Principal, Tax Practice Policy & Quality and Tax Risk Management & Controversy at Grant Thornton Advisors LLC, former partner at Winston & Strawn LLP, loving father of Autumn Frishman; devoted son of Ruth and late Gerald Frishman; cherished brother of David (Debi) Frishman and Michael (Jill) Frishman; dear uncle of Aaron (Danielle) Frishman, Taylor Frishman, and Sam Frishman; treasured companion of Lisa Goduco; esteemed colleague, mentor, and friend to many. Jeffrey embodied the spirit of adventure and discovery, sharing and experiencing passions of travel, hiking, exploration, and more with Autumn. Guided by a heart for giving, Jeffrey epitomized the definitions of “paying it forward’ and “giving back.” He will be dearly missed. Graveside service Monday, April 14, 1:00 p.m. at Shalom Memorial Park, Rand & Wilke Rds., Arlington Heights. Jeffrey’s service will be livestreamed at www.goldmanfuneralgroup.com. In lieu of flowers, contributions would be appreciated to the Adoption Center of Illinois, www.adoptioncenterofillinois.org. or to the charity of your choice.
