Jay Brown, 72, loving father of Melissa and Rebecca (Michael); devoted son of the late Lenore and Irving Brown; dear brother of Paul (Nang) and the late Jeffrey (Pam); fond uncle of Jennifer and Edward. Jay was a School Psychologist for many years in New York. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice. Private family services will be held.
