Obituary

Jacob "Jack" I. Eisen, 98, of Baltimore, Maryland, passed away on Monday, January 4th, 2021. He is survived by his loving children, Dr. Mark Z. (Marcey) Eisen, Ellen B. Eisen, and Michele Eisen Foreman; grandchildren, Stefanie (Nuri) Boardman, Dr. Scott (Dr. Jacqueline) Eisen, Jonathan (Danielle) Foreman, and Abby Foreman; and great grandchildren, Rachel and Julia Boardman, and Brooke Eisen. He was predeceased by beloved wife, Florence R. Eisen; siblings, Sara Lanzillotti, Charles Eisen, Hyman Eisen, and Sylvia Zenitz; and parents, Blanche and Ellis Eisen.

Funeral services will be private. Please omit flowers.
