Obituary
Ina Joyce Lurie, nee Schultz, age 94, devoted wife of the late Myron “Mike” Lurie. Loving mother to Aleece (Mark) Ginsburg, Dr. Beth (Dr. Michael) Ginsburg, and Michael (Jill) Lurie. Ina was an adoring “Nana” to David (Cheryl) Ginsburg, Joseph (Megan) Ginsburg, Samantha Ginsburg, Adam (Adreanne) Lurie, Dori Ginsburg, Erin (Michael) Keefe, and Jacob (Lydia) Ginsburg. She was also blessed with great-grandchildren Mason & Shawn Ginsburg, Vivian & Tate Ginsburg, Julian Ginsburg, and Fiona Lurie. Ina was adored by all her nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents Sam & Dorothy Schultz, sister & brother-in-law Muriel & Burton Spiegel, and brother Sol Schultz. Ina was the last of her generation and her loss will be felt for years but her life will be celebrated forever by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. The family would like to extend its’ thanks to the staff of Warren Barr in Buffalo Grove for the care Ina received there for the past few years. Graveside service Friday March 20th, 1:30 PM CDT at Westlawn Cemetery, Section Violet, 7801 W Montrose Ave, Norridge, IL 60706. Ina’s service will be livestreamed on her webpage at www.goldmanfuneralgroup.com. Shiva will be at Max & Benny’s, 461 Waukegan Rd., Northbrook from 3:30 – 8:30 PM Friday March 20th and at the home of Aleece & Mark Ginsburg on Saturday and Sunday evenings from 6:30 – 9:00 PM, 1186 Sandhurst Drive, Buffalo Grove.
