December 22nd, 1939-July 7th, 2024.
Howard is predeceased by his parents Clayton &Marion (nee Schmidt) Salzman
Beloved husband of 64 years to Joyce (nee Marks)
Devoted father of the late Rhonda(Tim)Cannon, Raeanne(Jim)Bauer and The late Renee, Robin(the late Kevin) Orr, Randi(Phil) Caparaso and Joey.
Beloved brother of the late Paul(Kathy), Joan Schurr, Clayton(Pat) and The late Eileen(George) Curto
Devoted grandfather to 11 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren
Also survived by seven nieces,nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Howard was loved by everyone who knew him.
Howard worked for The Buffalo News for 48 years.
He was an avid bowler and blood donor for years.
He enjoyed every moment he was with his family.
His story telling will be missed.
At Howard's request, no services will be held.
