Howard D. Levinson, 100, beloved husband of the late Harriette nee Trotcky for 71 years; loving father of Alan (Nancy) Levinson, Robert Levinson (Arlene Gerontzos) and Karen (Richard) Hoppel; cherished Grandpa of Brian Levinson (Kristen Benakos) and Jeremy; adored great grandfather of George Howard Levinson; dear brother of Marilyn (the late Robert) Kersch; loving nieces, nephews and many friends; loving companion of Helene Ellis. A proud World War II B-24 pilot. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Tunnels to Towers Foundation, t2t.org. Chapel service, Wednesday 12:15 PM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. Interment Shalom Memorial Park.
