Henry “Hank” Pollack, age 61, of Chicago; beloved son of Roberta “Bobbie” Chanin and Howard (Patricia “Pat”) Pollack; cherished brother of JoEllen (Brian) Beers and Colleen (Al) Kuczynski; dear stepbrother of Mark (Beverly) Paulsey; treasured uncle of Valerie (R.J.), Samantha (Michael), Isabel, and Ellen. Family relationships were extremely important to Hank. He will be remembered for his thoughtfulness and his kind and gentle nature. Hank was an avid bike rider, walker, enjoyed good detective fiction and loved spending time in his local library. The best way to describe Hank was that he was a Keter Shem Tov (crown of a good name). He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. Service Monday, June 3rd, 11:30 a.m. at Temple Beth Israel, 3601 Dempster St., Skokie, IL 60076/ The service will be livestreamed on Hank’s webpage at Interment Westlawn Cemetery, Norridge. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Temple Beth Israel, Info: The Goldman Funeral Group (847) 478-1600.
