Fima Gitman, age 90, beloved husband of the late Yelizaveta Gitman; loving father of Irina (Eugene Nisenzon) Samokhina and Alex (Irina) Gitman; adored grandfather of Dmitry (Alina) Samokhin, Mary (Norberto) Valencia, Julie (Michael) Kettler and Annie Gitman; proud great grandfather of Danielle, Nicholas, Natalie and Lily; devoted son of the late David and the late Liza Gitman; dear brother of Yakov Gitman, Peter Gitman, and Raisa (Isaac) Tkach. Service Monday, 11:00 a.m. CT at Sunset Memorial Lawns Chapel, 3100 Shermer Rd., Northbrook, IL. Interment to immediately follow.
