Errol S. Kaplan, age 77, of Lake Zurich, beloved husband for 29 years of Elizabeth “Liz” Kaplan; loving father of Heather (Jeremi) Hui and Brian (Megan) Kaplan; cherished stepfather of Ron (Rita) Ennis; adored grandfather of Audri, Carter, Declan, Anysley, Dahlia, Violet (Corey) and Ron; proud “Dog Dad” of Bella; devoted son of the late Morris and the late Anne Kaplan; dear son-in-law of Doris and the late Daniel Robert Sr. Edick; treasured brother of Mark (Lena) Kaplan and Jeffrey Kaplan and special uncle to their children; fond brother-in-law of Jeanne (late Carmen) Galimore, Daniel Robert Jr Edick, Deborah (Larry) Jones, and Cathy (James) Maguire and special uncle to their children. Errol wore many hats throughout his life: husband, father, grandfather, son, son-in-law, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, and a friend to many. Whoever he was to you, he will be dearly missed. Service Tuesday, 10:00 a.m. at The Chapel, 195 N. Buffalo Grove Rd., Buffalo Grove (1 Block N. of Lake Cook Rd.). Errol’s service will be livestreamed at www.goldmanfuneralgroup.com.
