Ellen Kabins nee Lew, 90, beloved wife of the late Sherwin for over 65 years; loving mother of Mark (Lori Crohn), Darryl (Andrea) and Laurie Kabins (Steve Grindel); cherished grandmother of Ashley, Joshua (Megan), Jordan, Liana, Gabriela, Jacob (Annie), Samuel and Benjamin (Sneha); adoring great grandmother of Morgan; treasured aunt of Lisa (Jon) Drouin and the children, Jack and Joseph. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to American Friends of Magen David Adom, afmda.org. Chapel service, Friday, 10 AM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. Interment Shalom Memorial Park.
