Obituary

Eileen Ginsburg, 81, passed away on May 31, 2025; beloved wife and best friend of Richard for 60 wonderful years; loving mother of Jodi (Andrew) Lavell, Sanford "Sandy" (Cyndi) and the late Michael (Nanci); cherished "Nana" of Jordan (Dorian) Sobus, Mikel, Aaron and Brendan; much loved great grandma of Henry Sobus. Eileen was a well-known realtor in the Northwest suburbs for over 40 years. Eileen was an avid reader of mysteries and romance novels, a fabulous cook who lived to host the holidays and have family dinners. Eileen loved to spend time with cherished friends, she was a proud leader and member of ORT, loved a good game of Bridge but her proudest moments were with her family. She will be dearly missed. Chapel service, Tuesday, June 3, 2025; 2:30 PM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights, IL followed by the interment at Shalom Memorial Park.
