Obituary

Eileen Friedman nee Cohn, 87; loving mom of Randi (Bruce) Glass, Jeff Feder and Lisa Feder (Vladimir); amazing and unfiltered grandma of Joey (Melissa) Glass and Dani Glass (Shanna Isaacs); adoring Great Grandma Leenie of Jesse; devoted daughter of the late Al and Dorothy Cohn; dear sister of the late Judy Wolber and Harry Cohn; doting aunt of Jason Wolber; treasured friend of Avrum Goodie. Eileen will always be remembered for her artistry, her humor and her frankness, especially her infamous quote: "If it's not one thing, it's your mother."

Memorial service Friday, 10:30 AM at North Shore Congregation Israel, 1185 Sheridan Road, Glencoe. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Michael J. Fox Foundation For Parkinson's Research, www.michaeljfox.org and Ultimate Peace, www.ultimatepeace.org
