Edith Siegel , nee Chud, 100, beloved wife of the late Herbert; loving mother of Donald (Barbara) Siegel, Sandra (the late Lawrence Poltrock) Schultz, Barbara Siegfried, and the late Joanne (the late Jerry) Pincus; cherished "Bub" of David (Stacey) Pincus, Elyce (Bob) Frabotta, Steven (Susan) Pincus, Matthew (Ashley) Siegel, Lindsey Siegel, Ryan (Belinda) Schultz, and Melissa (Kurtis) Hale; adored great "Bub" of Jack, Emily, Zachary, Zoe, Kate, Jack, Penelope, Abigail, and Emerson; treasured great-great "Bub" of Amelia; devoted daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. A special thank you to Edith's caregiver, Marilyn, for all of the years of exceptional care and friendship. Chapel Service Monday May 12th, 12:15 PM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. Interment Shalom Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Advocate Charitable Foundation, 2025 Windsor Drive, Oak Brook, IL 60523 or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, (stjude.org).
