Obituary

Dr. Barry L. Baker, 82, beloved husband of Ronny Baker, née Briskman, happily married for 57 years to the love of his life; loving father of Brittney (Noel) Saks, Courtney Brin (Keith Brin), Seth (Abbey) Baker and Sloane (Aaron) Wyler; cherished Papa Bear of Dillon, Campbell, Brady and Chandler Saks, Sheridan, Hudson and Arden Brin, Tyler, Drew and Maren Baker and Rowyn, Laken and Hendrix Wyler; adored son of the late Sam and Eunice Baker; dear son-in-law of the late Sam and Buryl Briskman; much loved dad of his 4-legged, furry child Ruby; Barry was a treasured uncle, brother-in-law and friend to many. Barry brought skill and passion to his periodontal practice and was loved and respected by colleagues and patients alike. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lymphoma Research Foundation, www.lymphoma.org.
Chapel service Wednesday, April 16, 2025, 10:00 AM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. Interment following at Shalom Memorial Park.
