Obituary

Dorothy (Doris) Plaut Fox, of Pikesville, Maryland, passed away on Tuesday, December 21st, 2021 at the age of 95. She is survived by her children Steve (Marian) Fox and Joanne Fox Sharoky, by her grandchildren Jennifer Fox (Brian Eckerling), Jordan (Carly) Fox, Meredith Sharoky (Matthew) Paley, Justin (Alexandra) Sharoky and Eric (Alexandra) Sharoky, by her great-grandchildren Anna Eckerling, Nora Eckerling, Violet Paley, Owen Paley, Miller Fox, and Penn Fox, by her nephews David (Kate) Plaut and Thomas (Dottie) Plaut, and by her longtime cherished friend Fran Sindler, and lovingly cared for by Annette Anderson and Syonia Powell. She was predeceased by her loving husband Albert Fox, her twin brother Theodore Plaut, and by her parents Alice and Julius Plaut.

Services at Sol Levinson's Chapel 8900 Reisterstown Road Pikesville, MD 21208, on Sunday, December 26th, 2021 at 10:30 am. Interment Chevra Ahavas Chesed Cemetery. Please omit flowers. Contributions in her memory may be sent to the Alan Hess Fund, c/o Chevra Ahavas Chesed, P.O. Box 2085, Ellicott City, MD 21041 or the charity of your choice.
