Obituary

Dolores E. Markovitz, 95, passed away peacefully on January 15, beloved wife of the late Mike; loving mother of Barbara and the late Larry Markovitz; cherished grandmother of Erica Markovitz; dear sister of the late Ruth Zimbler. Dolores was born in Chicago on April 25, 1928 to Morris Gottstein and Sophie, nee Erlich. She was known for her kindness and ability to show unconditional love, but will be remembered most as a wonderful grandmother. Chapel service 12:15 PM Friday, January 26th, 2024, at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights, IL. Interment Shalom Memorial Park.
