David Wein, 68; loving husband and best friend of Hollis nee Friedman; amazing father of Avery, Seth, Eli and Gabriel; dear brother of Phillip (Sharon) Wein and Renee (Pete) Silverman; adored son of the late Irving and the late Frances Wein; cherished son-in-law of Michael and the late Diane Friedman; treasured brother-in-law of Renee Gagerman and Andrea (Marc) Needlman; treasured uncle, cousin and friend of many.

Funeral service Monday, 10:30 AM at Moriah Congregation, 200 Taub Drive, Deerfield. Interment Shalom Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Solomon Schechter Day School of Metropolitan Chicago, schechter.org
