David Nehmadi, 80, of Chicago, passed away peacefully on August 4, 2024. Born in Iran, David first immigrated to Israel where he attended Jerusalem University and met his future wife, Friedah, before they immigrated to the United States in 1972 with a vision for a new life and future. He earned his MBA from Syracuse University and subsequently settled in Chicago, where he became a respected business owner and property manager.
