Obituary

Charna Leybelchik nee Sandler, 99.

Beloved wife of the late Abo Leybelchik. Loving mother of Dvoyra (Shulim) Imas and the late Shulamis Leybelchik. Cherished grandmother of Alex (Alla) Stein, Luba Horowitz, Polina Imas (Gena Kucher), and Alex Imas (Aislinn Bohren). Great-grandmother of 8 and great great-grandmother of 2. Even after surviving World War II, she maintained a wonderful spirit. Charna helped raise her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was wise, loving and patient, without ever raising her voice. She was married to her husband for 37 years, after his death she lived with her daughter and son-in-law. She was always diplomatic by taking her son-in-law's side. We are grateful to have her for all these years. To attend the funeral live stream, please visit our website. Arrangements by Chicago Jewish Funerals - Skokie Chapel, 847.229.8822, www.cjfinfo.com
