Obituary

Charlene F. Simon nee Forman,92, beloved wife of Yale for 70 years this June; loving and amazing mother of Marla (the late David) Marshall, Howard (Abby) Simon and Sherri (Jeff) Rosenberg; cherished beyond words Bubby “Bubs” of Alex, Amy (Ken), Danielle (Tony), Kara, Jamie and Josh; adoring great bubby of Hudson, Harper, Noa, Miles and Elise.

Charlene was known for her delicious cooking and baking and will leave us longing for her brisket, chicken soup, cream cheese cake and caramel brownies.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, alz.org. Chapel service, Monday 12:15 PM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights.
