Obituary
Bruce S. Brody of Northbrook, IL, passed away on April 2, 2026. Born on January 19, 1943, he was a larger-than-life personality, known to all who knew him to have a huge heart and a contagious laugh, always making his family laugh about irrelevant and ridiculous things. Bruce had a boundless capacity for love, leaving an indelible imprint on all whom he touched. He was adored by his son, Judd (Lisa) Brody and daughter, Jinjer Brody (Steve Grant); worshiped by his grandchildren Stone, Graham, Brody, and Rydan; treasured by his sister, Susan Brody (Robbie Mack); cherished as "Uncle B" to his nephews, Jerry Mack (Melissa) and Douglas Mack (Sophie Schwartz); held dear by his former wife and special friend, Janet Brody; and remembered by Michael Brody. In every respect, Bruce lived his life as the embodiment of the song, "My Way." We will deeply miss him.
