Betty Doris Weisman, nee Kaufman, age 90, beloved wife for 41 years of the late Yale Weisman; loving mother of Sherwin (Phyllis Stern-Weisman) Weisman, Janet (Edwin) Noncek and the late Marc (Lisa) Weisman; adored Grandma Betty of Dr. Jeffery (Marissa Israel) Weisman, Dr. Courtney (Kevin) Fecske, Heather Noncek, Jennifer (Brian) Colbert, and Daniel (Sydney) Noncek; proud great grandmother of Claire, Eleanor, and Maya; devoted daughter of the late Jack and the late Sally Kaufman; cherished sister of Cooky (Jerry) Fleischman, late Leon (Caryl) Kaufman, and the late Irwin (Ilene) Kaufman; treasured aunt and friend to many. The most important thing in Betty’s life was her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She had a one-of-kind personality, she would light up any room with her presence. Betty dressed in bright colors and expressive hats. At the age of 70, she moved to Las Vegas, where enjoyed meeting new friends and adventures. She will be so dearly missed. Graveside service Tuesday, 12 Noon CT, at Westlawn Cemetery, Section B, 7801 W. Montrose Ave., Norridge. Betty’s service will be livestreamed on her webpage at www.goldmanfuneralgroup.com.
